• It is not Wireless. It has to be hooked up with a USB cable to your computer. Some routers that have a usb slot may also support it. If you want one that can hook up via Ethernet into your router, then you want a Western Digital MyCloud or similar.

• As drives go, this is a really good deal, but it is definitely a wired drive. No wireless capabilities that I'm aware of. Good question.
