Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Steve, While I have never heard of this problem, you might want to go to the WD website, https://support.wdc.com/product.aspx?ID=136&lang=en#WD_community And root around there for your problem and get the drivers, too.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just hooked up the USB connector to the computer and plugged in the power cable and went right from the SD card to the Hard Drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have never seen that error before but there is something I would try based on the error. To me, the error suggests that the drive might not be getting sufficient power from your USB port. I'd try using a self powered USB hub. The self powered hubs generally cost just a little more than the others. The error you are getting suggests to me that your drivers are working. But not errors mean what they imply.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. Is this windows or mac? Which OS version? Laptop or Desktop? Suggest you look at your computer's USB & power-savings settings. If you can see the drive in the File Explorer or Finder this is not a driver issue.
