• You could if you had it attached to something to serve as the processor and ram, but not by itself.

• I wouldn't think so...My Cloud has no real BIOS. It's just a fancy backup hard drive.

• Install OS on NAS, THEN, Boot PXE from your system to/from the folder that windows is installed on the NAS drive. Your welcome.
