the answer is yes to all of these questions and the max # of accounts i am not sure. i have 4 counting admin and we can share in the public section, everything else is backed up private , very easy to set up the way you are talking

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You can do this with ANY hard drive in the security options on any windows OS. You would right click on the drive in question and select security. Then make the drive only accessible by whomever is a user, or administrator, etc... in other words, you can make one person only able to read the data and you the only one that can alter/edit or write date, etc...
