Searching the model number you provide I am getting results for a power cord, so I'm not sure if you have a different hard drive than the "WD - My Passport 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Black". For the "WD - My Passport 4TB External USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive - Black" model number WDBYFT0040BBK-WESN there is no separate power cord. The hard drive is powered from the included USB cable. So, whatever device you use it with has to be capable of supplying the required power via USB.

I suggest searching "US Adapter Charger Power Supply For WESTERN DIGITAL WD3200C032 WD3200C032-002" and you should find an original (non OEM) one for anywhere between five and twelve bucks, dependng on how quick you need it.
