- Answer On the Ring web site you can purchase the ability to have the videos stored so you can go back to them. The cost is very minable. I was happy with that option.

- Answer It definitely works with the older xbox one first gen, so it should with a series x. Note however that the drive has to be formatted by the xbox and then you can only use that drive for your xbox, and not put other stuff on it.
