Backward compatible with USB 2. Should work.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It should, I use mine on a 3 year old iMac, and a MacBook 13 that's at least 8 years old, and some of the studios I've worked in are using machines older than mine, and it works just fine. Hope this helps.
