You can but I would suggest buying an enclosure and a standard SSD - I had this hooked up and it froze a lot and the transfer speeds are faster than OEM platter drive inside the xbox but lower than a standard SSD/enclosure combo. I bought this as the result of an article online that specifically listed this drive as their choice for the xbox - the article was wrong. I didn't have the freezes that I encountered before I attached the drive and I haven't had them again since I removed it.
