• I've never known Best Buy to sell refurbished Hard Drives from the display case. They do sometimes sell "Clearance" and "Open Box" items clearly marked at a discount. I suppose they could have a refurb in the Geek squad section but I've never seen it. Refurbs are usually reserved for replacement under a warranty claim.
