if you're using the xbox usb wifi adapter on your xbox, it might not be getting enough current to run itself when you plug in the hard drive. The hard drive has a usb3 connect.. even though it might run at usb3 speeds, the extra current its taking may be taking away from the wifi adaptor. other than that, I don't know.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.not one bit, most likely an issue with wifi, try connecting Xbox directly to router via Ethernet cable to see if that affects it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I haven't had any issues with WiFi or Live connection since I started using the drive.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Did you format it first? I read online where it said you need to format or it could cause issues with connectivity. Ours is plugged in and no issues with xbox live for over a month. Maybe try formatting/reformatting and try again?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No it shouldnt, I use it on my XboxOne, sitting on top of my console with no issues.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have not had any issues with mine connected, try calling 18004MYXBOX
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The sales associate advised me to plug into the console and then in the settings on the Xbox One go to the memory and select the unit and format it. After I performed this action we were able to use with the Live account. Not sure if this helps, good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've not had this problem at all. Worked flawlessly since I bought it with my X1
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I can't imagine how this device could affect one's wifi connection. My only thought is that the xbox in question is shutting something down because the usb connection is in use. I have not used this device on an xbox, but unless there is an issue with the xbox, I can't imagine how any usb storage device would be the culprit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
