• This drive can be formatted either to operate in a windows or Mac O/S. If you are looking to use this drive for a Windows O/S environment as well as a MAC O/S environment it is possible but not right out of the box. • YES. but it has to be formatted accordingly to the FAT variant system. I recommend the FATex format. It will even be compatible with gaming consoles like Playstation and Xbox. On the downside, on this FAT format, it's not compatible with the encryption system of PC and MAC.

• Yes it will as long as you format it as ExFat. It will not work with your Commodore 64, however, without extensive modifications.
