Q: QuestionMy Passport seems to have deleted all files which names begin with letter M.My Passport seems to have deleted all files which names begin with letter M. My Passport constantly states 465 GB USED, 15 GB space remaining. That is a full Passport of a 500 GB Passport. Am I able to retrieve the files that were deleted? The Passport would not allow me to add new folders or files a couple of days ago, even after I deleted a few folders. Now, for some unknown reason, Passport is allowing me to add files and folders. The Passport never warned me that it was full or getting full, even when I opened it. I use this constantly. I have already lost 2 or 3 External Drives that were loaded with information which I need. I would expect Passport to warn that "there is insufficient space to add this file or folder."

Q: QuestionHow do you reformat this hard drive so it's compatible with a Mac OS Xhello, so i just received the hard drive and i realized that it isnt compatible with Mac OS X Yosemite! Can anyone tell me how to reformat it or am I better off exchanging it for another hard drive that will be compatible with my Mac?
