Best Buy also has the same drive formatted for Windows that comes with both USB type c and USB 3.0 connectors.

Otherwise, you'll need third party utilities on your Windows 10 machine in order to "see" the Mac formatted drive. Then you'll be able to format it to be Windows compatible.

If you really want to get adventurous you can setup partitions, one for Mac and one for Windows and it will do both. Really the only thing special about this drive is that it is formatted for Mac and is USB-C out of the box. Both easily changed. Depends on what you want to do with it really. If you don't want to mess with anything that I just typed out here, get the Windows formatted drive. Its a larger capacity anyway :)
