The Wireless Pro can connect using standard WiFi and/or USB hard wire. If your Xbox one is compatible then "YES".

This will work with the Xbox although it will strip the drive of the ability to do anything that it was made to do since the Xbox needs to format it for it to work. You are really better off buying a regular external drive for the Xbox One though.
