Will it work as extra memory for a PSP4 ? null

Yes you can use this WD passport for PS4. My 500GB drive in PS4 was almost full.However you must format the passport FIRST, when the passport is connected. This Passport is more than enough space. I currenlyt have Call of Duty WW2,and all downloads from PS4 that I wanted and still have 2TB space left.

While I cannot answer if it will work specifically for the PS4, I can say that it works wonderfully for the xbox one and one x... Which tells me that it should work fine for your PS4.

You can use any external hard drive that has a usb 3.0 connection for the PS4. This one would work but if you are looking for using it for gaming I would recommend going a bit higher with memory if you plan on buying games or dlc content from the PlayStation store as it will fill up quicker than you think.
