Will this drive work on a synology ds1515? Thank you. null

Yes they work in Synology NAS models. The literature, or documentation, recommends WD Reds. I have the DS1515+ model. I bought these HDDs back in 2015 and are still running today (24x7)! I maxed the DS1515+ out with 5 - 6TB WD Reds.

They worked with my Synology DS415+, not the same model, but same brand so I'd think so.
