• The WD TV Live enables the Netflix app to provide service to any country they're officially available in.

• I don't know about Brasil, but in the US, the WDTVLive does include Netflix, Hulu, Vudu and a few others. If you're looking for a really good library of apps, then I would go with the Roku Box. The WDTVLive is more for playing your personal collection of movies.
