I bought the one without the anti-theft hardware and it was on sale for 30% less than the MSRP. I bought a separate hitch lock by Masterlock to secure it.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No...it does have allen wrench and bolt but not anti theft one...it would sti be time consuming for someone to unscrew it...weather tech does make one that includes anti theft for like 40.00 more...you can get anti theft pin at walmart for 19.99
