• Maybe. I’ve used mine to keep connectivity through 2 mile tunnels inside a mountain and had no issues. General rule of thumb though is if you have at least 1 bar it will amp tha up to 2 to 4 bars. If there’s no cell signal at all then there may be nothing to amplify. In my case both sides of the mountain had cell signals.

• probably not - their Tech support told me they don't boost Sprint Code 25 technology. I guess that means St. Louis because it didn't work for me.
