QuestionCan this be wired into my cable system. I have a verizon phone but AT&T has a dish on my property that delivers television? If it can be connected is an antenna (+Pole) and tower orientation necessary ?

- Answer Hello there, We can not recommend using pre run cables, as they may hinder performance. Best is to do a soft installation, using the cables and antenna included int he kit, and test the unit, with originally included cables, and with the pre run cables, to see if there is a difference. weBoost Support

QuestionWe have a small cabin where tmobile's signal cuts out but is nearby. Can this be used to try and grab the signal and boost it to be usable? Is it returnable if it is not effective?

- Answer 1.5" pole works well and the taller the better especially if you have trees between your antenna and your nearest cell tower.

- Answer Clamp antenna to mast or house siding so it can be aimed. Run coax from antenna to amplifier, through house wall if antenna on outside. Plug in. Aiming can be time consuming I found.

- Answer Yes you can paint the exterior antenna, just do not use any paint with lead or metallic additives as those would effect the signal.

- Answer Hi Drew! The kit is supplied with the coax cable for the kit. It is standard coax, so your cable may work. We recommend the cable in the kit since it is the quality and length made for the system, but we understand other cables can work and might be easier to use in different applications.

- Answer If the cell tower is active ( has power) you should have internet. However in a major storm or some other disaster you may not have access to the internet until the service has been reestablish.

- Answer That is a good question, being able to find the best direct signal is very important during the installation process. We recommend using an app like "Open Signal" or "cellmapper.net" to determine the nearest tower.
