How do we access this product to install? null

Best Buy will send you an email, just follow the link for Easy set up.

BJames - You should find WebRoot in your downloads file, then you can bring it up and install. I assume that you've paid for the software thru BestBuy.

I took All my products into Best Buy { by appointment } and, they were more than happy to install it into my devices.

Not sure what product you're referring to. You'll need to post more information for people to help you.

For me was easy to let Geek Squad to installed.

Talk with the Geek Squad. They are well informed .

It has been my experience and understanding that you cannot access this to install. It has to be done via access to your computer from geek squad. Fair warning - it takes HOURS!

You bring your computer and they do it for you

I personally wouldn't know how to do it myself. However, if you go to your local BestBuy store you should see the GeekSquad and they should help you out. They actually installed mine to my device.
