“question about loading I purchased a laptop by Best Buy. When I go to load this free security Webroot program it asks for a passcode by I don't have one. I remember getting an email about making sure to load it but I no longer has that email. What do I need to do?”

If I remember correctly if you got the webroot in the DVD case on the back in the lower left hand corner there should be a barcode that will be labeled as your passcode. You just need to enter that at the website and it will begin to download.
