  • Questioncan you use this cold laser on a dog

    Asked by jackie.

    • Answer Hi Jackie, thanks for your question and this very issue has been on our mind for a long time! First of all, cold laser therapy which IASO uses has been used on numerous occasions for pets. The technology has supportive evidence showing positive effects on pets with joint problems. However, here is the tricky part, our device (or any other cold laser) requires direct contact to the skin. Meaning if your furry friend has lots of fur or hair, there might be some shaving required. All in all, our device was designed for people with inflammation, however we know the effects are similar for dogs as well. I hope this explains your answer and if you need more info contact us via www.wellscare.net/support
