“Does anyone know if Belkin has a dimmable smart switch in the works. I would like to use this outlet for outdoor pool cage bistro lights. I have 7 other indoor WEMO switches and 8 Leviton. Didn't want to have to use another APP.”

Sorry, but Belkin's WeMo does not have a dimmable Wi-Fi smart outdoor plug. There are other brands with this capability. Upon checking, it does not appear that Best Buy carries them, but it doesn't hurt to ask at your nearest Best Buy.
