About 34 to 35 pounds. Calculated by subtracting my weight without the micro wave from my weight holding the micro wave on our scale. I would guess the margin of error to be about 1/2 pound. Thus the one pound range.

Not sure but NOT heavy at all if I could pick it up. I would say not more than 20lbs. This is not small but rather large. EXCELLENT AND EASY TO USE! Buy this microwave with confidence and security that you will be using an A+ kitchen appliance.
