QuestionHow is the sound quality? This will be in the bedroom of RV, small space but I wouldn't want to have it at full volume or find it sounds like coming from a tin can.

- Answer the speakers are terrible , i use it with a Fire TV stick for Netflix and you have to turn the volume all the way up and still barely hear anything ... i think i saw in the specifications booklet that came with it that the speakers are 3W (Watts) ... i don't know what is a good wattage or power for speakers but regardless this system has terribly weak sound.

- Answer The sound quality is very good. I think that the video is great as well. It will display whatever is on your PC. I hooked mine up with an HDMI cable.

QuestionWhen the volume is raised to highest setting it sounds no louder than about the half-way setting. My 96 year old mother cannot hear this TV at all and comparing it to my own and her last one this is nothing close to high volume. Help!?!?

- Answer I just bought the 24 inch Westinghouse as well and I also think that the volume is terrible. All the way up is not much more that half the way up and half the way up is not much higher than the lowest volume setting. Also, the sound quality is not good at all. I have heard and believe that most television manufacturers intentionally do this to try to make you purchase a sound bar in addition to the television. Other than the sound quality and volume issue it is an overall decent little television for the purpose that I bought mine.

- Answer Yes, you can connect your tv to the VGA cable and use the monitor as a computer. There are apps on the tv that you can also connect to your computer too. If you have an Apple TV, you can use the apps to connect to your computer that way also. Of course you need to sign up or sign in with your password. Hope this helps!
