QuestionI just got an antenna for my TV and its only picking up one channel from the small university tower. There are other towers 20 miles away that should be picked up but aren't. Is this just my TV not working (bad internal tuner) or something else?

- Answer I would recommend moving antenna around room, like near the window. Also if you live in a complex, look into getting and outdoor antenna.

- Answer The model I received has the VGA port. It is located in the side portion of the inputs. Below the antennae and above the HDMI ports.

- Answer As long as you are connecting with an HDMI cable, this will work fine as it has two HDMI ports. Just be aware that the advertising specs are incorrect for other connections. The listing says that it has VGA and headphone hookups, but it does not. The only audio output for adding a soundbar or other sound reinforcement is by optical.

- Answer I had the no signal code too. Make sure you have the tv tuned to the correct input/source. Also make sure your device is plugged in. Sounds funny but my daughter forgot to plug the firestick in. Once it was plugged in I made sure the tv was set to HDMI 1 which is where the firestick was plugged into the tv. It worked fine then. The ports are labeled on the back so you so that makes it easier.

- Answer No, there is an HDMI, LAN, and power cord on the back. The front has a USB port. Also, this is not a wireless connection so your modem needs to be close to the Blu-ray and TV to ensure that you LAN cord can reach and the HDMI can go to the TV.
