• A:Answer This TV is not BT capable by itself unless we buy a Bluetooth transmitter device with optical input or maybe 3.5 mm jack using the headphone jack on the tv.Since the sound output on the headphone is so terribly low ,I would prefer the optical sound output from TV to BT transmitter device and from there of course wireless to BT headset.

Q: QuestionHow do you disable/turn off the bluetooth? Any device can connect to the tv without me accepting it or declining it. Its very annoying because people can just connect to my tv anytime and a good distance. Even when the tv is off people can still connect.

Q: QuestionGot our new TV today but the remote only functions about six feet from the television. You can't sit on the sofa across the room and use the remote. I've never had this issue in my life. Has anyone else had this issue with their remotes?

• A:Answer We have the same issue. Sometimes the remote works 3 feet away, and sometimes it doesn't work at all. Not even if you are standing in front of it. I've changed the batteries, turned the TV on & off. Everything. But the signal coming from the remote needs to be stronger I think. Anyone know how to make the signal stronger coming from the remote to the TV?

• A:Answer Hey Marcus, Check your connections, ensuring that your HDMI cable wasn't damaged when you swapped TV's. Try using YOUTUBE or NETFLIX to see if the TV itself has sound, if not, your TV may be the cause. Had a similar problem and changing the HDMI cable helped me. If that doesn't work, I'd definitely take it to BEST BUY. Good luck!
