- Answer Network issue, restart everything. Modem router tv everything. If everything else streams fine but Netflix. Then delete app reinstall if that doesn’t fix restore to factory default

QuestionI’ve had this tv for 3 or 4 months. Just recent, the volume goes out every time I move within or change apps. If I’m watching something and pause, forward, etc. the sound goes out and I have to go to Volume Mode in settings and readjust to level. WHY??

- Answer Reposition the television cord, unplug it and plug it back it. This worked for me.

- Answer Yes. It has HDMI ports available, so any streaming device connected to the internet can be used. Any device that produces an image can be used. DVD & Blu-Ray players, camcorders, game consoles, phones, tablets, computers. Also, apps for Prime Video, Netflix, Showtime, & on & on are either built in or can be added through Roku. This is just like any TV, except it does not have a web browser. It has meda browsers to find movies and TV, but no internet (web) browser.

- Answer Yes, but If you want a SMART TV and do not want Roku, this is not the TV for you, You will not be able to add apps or access apps within Roku. You will have a very limited (nearly dumb) TV.

- Answer My TV stand is only 36 inches. The Westinghouse TV's legs are about 50 inches apart. I went to a big box hardware sore and bought a 6 foot black Rubbermaid shelf ($13) and cut it down to 52 inches. I put this on my TV stand and placed the TV on the shelf wood. Worked perfectly.

- Answer There is no Off choice for either WiFi or LAN. When you set up a connection, you choose Wired or Wireless. If you choose Wired, the TV does not scan for WiFi connections and is not visible to other devices scanning for connections. Seems to be turned off. You can set up wired and wireless connections, and select which one you want to use. When you choose Wired, WiFi is disconnected, the TV does not scan. and is not visible. When you choose Wireless, LAN is disconnected and inactive.

- Answer Don’t buy this, or return it immediately if you are within the window to do so. This TV looks nice for the short time it works and Westinghouse will not honor warranty. I learned a hard lesson. The images are what this TV looks like after 59 days. Can’t be reset by any means. Westinghouse is giving us the run around. It’s not worth any price.

- Answer How can the width of the feet be wider than the tv itself? Says the tv is 48 inches wide and someone is saying the width of the legs is 51 inches apart? Can you explain that!!!! Thanks
