“I bought a Whalen tv mounting stand with Swivel and it was missing the two brackets that attach to the tv that allows the tv to attach to the mount. I’ve attached a picture. Is there a way to order the missing parts?”

Mine came with those two brackets. I would go back to where you bought it and ask for them.
