• I was told 18" but would check on the internet to be sure. Hope that helps!

• The installation instructions show a typical 30" from the bottom of cabinet to the top of cooktop. The microwave measures 17 1/8", so there would be almost 13 in. from bottom of microwave to cooktop. I have 18" from bottom of microwave to top of cooktop in my kitchen.
