Yes bracket. Template every thing you need except tools

Yes, a single mounting bar is shipped, along with various lag bolts for studs, or the spring loaded nuts/bolts for drywall, etc. Top screws/washers also included.

Yes. It comes with a bracket and pattern to use to line it up against the back wall. You have to drill holes in the cabinet above to use bolts to secure the microwave from above.
