Q: Questionok . I just had it installed , cooked dinner and the fan did not turn on automatically, is it defective? as far as I can see from the manual it says 3 speeds , I guess that is a "no" ?! I did not realize that . IS IT DEFECTIVE?

Q: QuestionWe are replacing a an over the range microwave that has a grilled ventilation system back out to the kitchen. I do not see a grill on this model. Will it ventilate steam from the range and where does it go?
