Q: QuestionI NEED THE drain tube to be 10 feet to reach my drainoutlet under my sink. Does this have that or do I NEED to order separately? If I need to order, can you supply the correct model number for the pump so I can be sure I am ordering right part please?

• A:Answer It is not a freezer, the compartment is not refrigerated. Because the ice is cut into squares by a heated wire grid the ice would freeze into a clump if it was refrigerated. So it is basically melting constantly

Q: QuestionMy ice maker has a light showing 'order cleaner'. There is nothing in the manual about this. It was cleaned less than 2 months ago. How can I reset the light? The manual shows a light about the FILTER but nothing about the cleaner.
