“In regards to the bottom freezer: does it pull out or does it swing out? There are two different answers. One says it is a pull out an another says it swings out. Which is it? I need one that opens by pulling.”

The door for the freezer swings out and the wire basket in the freezer pulls out. Hope this answers your question. If you go to the whirlpool website they have photos.
