“if the refrigerator has a drain for defrost and i assume ice maker, is the drain gravity flow or is there a need for a pump? Or, is the drain at what height in order for it to drain to a through wall drain under a kitchen sink.”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.From my understanding all refrigerators have a pan where the excess (bit a lot) water goes. You have a water line that connects to the refrigerator to provide water & make your ice. The pan can be empty, you just have to access it. My pans on my refrigerators have really never over flowed. When I’ve moved in the past, before I moved it; I emptied the pan.
