Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Well that’s a con I read about. The company tried to band-aid that with a tube ran inside the fridge. Not a great idea. You can see a cut out and tape around it as an afterthought. When I first saw the “tube” I was shocked and called the company and they had no idea what it was. You get about what 3 glasses of cold water, 33 oz maybe. Then you have the tube running out the fridge from the water outlet. Mine runs from one side of the kitchen so this thing is effected by what ever temp is in the kitchen. Let’s not forget where it hooks up behind the fridge the hottest place.

I called and was given a caned response that the refrigerator did not arrive at the warehouse . I requested supervisor Janice to call me back and she never did!!! Disgusted with Best Buy. We have a broken refrigerator and can’t get the replacement.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The cold water temperature is room temperature and the ice maker doesn’t disperse ice while the motor makes a noise like it is trying. Replacement scheduled and confirmed through email and call but never received. Customer rescheduled but gave no explanation as to why it was not received other than the warehouse never received the shipment. Standard vague apology. Requested cal fro Supervisor named Janice. Never received it. Very disgusted with Best Buy.
