A:AnswerDepends on where and what is frozen to what. Ours did initially due to my own error and I was able to remove the storage tray then melt and clear out the semi-frozen ice mass. If yours is partly frozen to the actual ice tray in the ice maker, you might speed things with a hair dryer?

I do not run the heated drying because I heard that it's what causes a dishwasher to break down.
