“We just ordered refrigerator model WRB322DMHV. The specifications show a water filter included (replacement filter EDR1RXD1). Now I see filter questions saying that there is no water filter at all. Which is true? Who wants unfiltered ice?”

Just got a response on this page from the Whirlpool Team stating there is a filter in this model. We just had ours delivered and there is definitely NO filter. This makes me very uneasy about customer support if I should have a problem in the future. They don't even seem to know what's inside the product. They should be ashamed about that and also for selling a $1500 refrigerator without a filter for the icemaker.

At whirlpool's website, the specifications say, "Water filter location: No". Great fridge but disappointed about, apparently no water filter. Maybe someone else can find it, if it exists.
