Not trying to sound rude, but do you have the water line hooked up & turned on? I plugged it in & came back the next day & it was making ice. I didn’t have to do anything extra
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi. You have to go into the touchscreen on the front of the fridge, (I think it’s under "options"... Look for the Off/On option, turn it on... Also it’ll take about 18 hours to get your ice maker to fully make ice. Make sure you run your water through a few times, to make sure your water line is Clean and fully functional... Once you’ve done that, you’ll be REALLY HAPPY with her... I know WE are!!! Congratulations!!!
