QuestionShould the ice maker be emptied and cleaned?

- Answer Hi - Humidity causes ice to naturally clump together. Ice particles can build up until the ice dispenser chute becomes blocked. If ice is not dispensed regularly, it may be necessary to empty the ice storage bin and clean the ice delivery chute, the ice storage bin and the area beneath the storage bin every 2 weeks. � If necessary, remove the ice clogging the storage bin and delivery chute, using a plastic utensil. � Clean the ice delivery chute and the bottom of the ice storage bin using a warm, damp cloth and dry thoroughly.

QuestionMy fridge have been switching off my circuit breaker, i reported to whirlpool and they sent a technician, I paid. The technician recommended I change the circuit breaker, which I did but the problem is not solved. My food waisted. What do I do?

QuestionHow do you reinstall the crisper shelf that supports the vegetable bins? I am having problems getting it to not fall off the front shelf supports. If it’s on one it falls off the other. Are there diagrams on how to balance the shelf between 2 supports?

QuestionWe seem to be having an issue with the ice maker on our 2 month old Whirlpool WRF555FDSZ15 , the ice maker just can't keep up with demand, our ice usage I'd say is normal. We just keep running out of ice. Is this common or do we need to change a setting.?

- Answer Same issue here, it is a very “small” capacity ice maker compared to other units. I have found it only produces 6-8 trays in a 24 hour period.

Questionwe had this delivered and setup about 2 weeks ago and the ice maker has never gotten past a quarter full. It makes ice just very slowly. Is there a setting or timmer somewhere to increase the output? This is really disappointing.
