Q: QuestionDoes this dishwasher have a heating element to dry the dishes? I want my dishes hot and completely dry when the cycle finishes. I am returning a dishwasher that was drysmart and ended the cycle with cold wet plates! I don’t want to go through that again!

• A:Answer The dishwasher comes with none of the required items needed to install it. The outlet hose is installed on the machine, but you'll need the necessary parts to install it below your sink. You will need to buy an inlet hose, which is usually part of an install kit, and have plumbing below your sink to feed it, which may require additional parts.

Q: QuestionEvery time I use this washer, I have to repeatedly press the cycle button to get to "Normal" (the cycle I want). Same with dry setting. Is there any way to have it REMEMBER what I did the last time?

• A:Answer On the model I have (WDT750SAKZ), this technique did not work (I tried it twice). It always just reverts to the first cycle available (sensor), even if you press Start twice (suggestion from KarenSipad).

Q: QuestionOur door spring completely fell out of the dishwasher today. We are just outside of the 1 yr warranty mark unfortunately. How and where can this get put back into place? Cannot see where it even came from…the door falls down now, and it’s pretty heavy.
