QuestionWhat is the meaning of the FULL / EMPTY in the Rinse Indicator? Is there a light that's supposed to go on when it's empty? And if that's the case, shouldn't the light have been ON when the dishwasher was installed? I haven't seen one.

- Answer It is not light per say. The indicator goes dark when full, and is lighter when empty. Hope it helps

QuestionThe Lowes site indicates that the finish is "Fingerprint Resistant Metallic Steel" not "Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel". Can anyone who owns this dishwasher verify what the finish is? Hoping it matches my existing appliances that are Stainless.

QuestionInstruction manual not very clear... bought in JAN 2021, latest model has a newer junction box power cord setup with eyelets on the wires. I also compared this with installation video by Whirlpool techs. Where can you purchase new power cord with eyelets?

- Answer Any hardware store will have eyelets you can crimp onto the wires. I stripped back the wires a bit and made an eyelet.

QuestionWhen I set my dishwasher on normal and regular dry, the cycle takes 3 hours 11 minutes. This seems like an incredibly long time. My husband apparently discarded the owners' manual with the trash. We are otherwise very satisfied with your product so far.

- Answer No remove the filter from the bottom of the dishwasher. Rinse off any buildup & reinstall. To remove turn filter cup 1/4 turn counter clockwise. Be sure to relock the cup.
