Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You shouldn't be having a lot of issues, especially if it is brand new. Have you been able to confirm that you are using the correct detergent? If it has been used, have you done any sort of maintenance/cleaning? Maybe there is some debris stopping it from working to its full potential.
