QuestionI bought this 5 month ago and star have problems with the freezer and now the refrigerator. The Flamingl service take lots of time to come and repair. If I don’t want this product what I need to do? I can’t believe that for months later have problems.

- Answer Hello Mamem. We do not provide decibel ratings for any refrigerators. A refrigerator will have multiple fans, motors, valves, and other parts capable of producing noise. Newer refrigerators are designed to run almost constantly to maintain one set temperature. Thus, you may hear those parts in motion more than in your previous unit. QuestionI am confused on how to set the temperature on this refrigerator. Are all 3 green lights supposed to be on at all times or just the middle one? Personally I think Whirlpools explanation in the user guide is very poor. Any explanation/ help is appreciated.
