There is no door latch you just pull open the door. It is probably not like your previous dishwasher that released with a door latch and opened very easy. Try pulling straight out with some force and it should open. If this is your first time opening it make sure there isn’t some packing material preventing it from opening.

It is a little hard to open. You just have to pull it.
