The display model you looked at clearly shows only two racks. If you can still return the item and want the third rack I suggest you return it and pick out another model with the third rack. You will have to pay a second delivery charge I believe as I would expect since it is what you originally ordered but better to get what you will be happy with.

There are only two racks and this unit actually has an underside sprayer for the top rack which is not typical of many machines. This is more than adequate to clean the upper rack and you never have interference on the upper load. I found it cleans quite well.
