First, unload the bottom rack first before you pull out the upper rack. This will keep any residual water off of your lower rack dishes. I would recommend you experiment with how you load plastic storage containers and where you load them. All of my dishes and glasses come out dry, but plastic containers loaded on the bottom (facing completely down) appear to have the biggest issue. Sometimes it is because they have an area at the bottom that will retain a little bit of water. I have a few coffee mugs on the rack that also have a bottom that will retain a little bit of water. Anything that has that type of bottom that holds liquid I try to load on its side making sure the big open part of the container is a little downward facing. The rinse aid will help as well. For me, I may have to wipe a little water off a few plastic items or coffee mugs, but the wash is fantastic. It is also VERY quiet!
