“Why is does the water dispense so slow? It takes at least 10 min to fill up an 8 oz cup. The water inlet valve is all good, the water pressure at the house is over 60 psi, and I've purged all the air out but yet, it dispenses water very very slow still.”

anonymous! We are terribly sorry to hear of your concern. We would recommend to make sure that water filter is correctly installed. As this can cause the water to come out slow. If you remove the filter and try to dispense water then it would be an issue with the Installation of the Water filter or the Water filter itself.
