“I have Whirlpool french door refrigerator model WRF736SDAM14. I ice maker will not produce ice. The water filter switch status is 02 indicating a filter was not installed. I installed a new filter. No status change. What can I do?”

Hi warterfilterstatus02, the first thing we would recommend, would be to re-seat the water filter and reset the filter status on your Refrigerator.
